Week 1&2

Get to Know the Basics

Weeks 1-2: Kick things off by mastering health and safety protocols, then dive into the basics of tattoo machines, needle types, and equipment setup, while getting hands-on with practice skin.

Week 1: Health & Safety

Theory:
Learn essential hygiene practices, accident prevention, and health & safety standards that ensure a clean and safe tattoo environment.
End-of-week Exam:
Test your knowledge on safety practices and procedures.

Week 2: Tattooing Basics

Theory:
Understand the fundamentals of tattooing, including machine types, needle configurations, depth control, and angles.
Practical:
Hands-on training in machine wrapping, setting up your equipment, and practicing stenciling on practice skin.
Exam:
Equipment setup and disassembly assessment.

Week 3: Line Work Fundamentals

Practical:
Master the basics of line work by practicing straight and curved lines, circles, and reconnecting lines on practice skin.
Focus: Skin stretching techniques, needle control, and pressure adjustments.
Exam:
Line work assessment and review of common mistakes.

Week 4: Shading Techniques

Practical:
Learn various shading techniques using curved and flat needles, ink mixing for grey wash, and packing techniques.
Focus: Building shading layers, creating fades, and adding depth.
Exam:
Shading techniques test and feedback on your progress.

Week 3&4

Know your Equipment

Weeks 3-4: Sharpen your skills in line work and pressure control, then level up with shading techniques to create depth, fades, and realistic textures.

Week 5&6

Its Design time 

Weeks 5-6: Unlock the secrets of light, shadow, and realism, then design and tattoo your first custom piece, bringing your creative vision to life.

Week 5: Light, Shadows, and Realism

Theory:
Understand how light and shadow interact in tattoo designs, along with realism shading techniques.
Practical:
Shading exercises focusing on tones, gradients, and creating depth, including practice on realistic elements like roses.
Introduction to using curved mag needles for shading.

Week 6: Designing Your First Tattoo

Theory:
Introduction to various tattoo genres and styles, and how to design your own flash tattoos.
Practical:
Create and tattoo your first original design on practice skin.
Focus: Personal design development and adapting it for tattoo application.

Week 7: Body Flow & Placement

Theory:
Learn about skin types, tones, and the importance of body flow when planning your tattoos.
Practical:
Stenciling and tattooing designs in challenging areas (e.g., face, neck, and ribs).
Focus: Understanding placement rules and tattooing on different parts of the body.

Week 8: Advanced Techniques & Common Mistakes

Explore common tattooing mistakes, troubleshooting techniques for ink flow, and adjusting for different design genres.

Week 7&8

Learn the flow

Weeks 7-8: Learn the art of body flow and perfect placement, tackling tough areas like the face and neck, while refining advanced techniques and troubleshooting common mistakes.

Week 9

Its Time to put it to the test

Week 9: Put everything into action by tattooing a live model for the first time. This is your moment to apply your skills in a real-world setting and experience what it's like to tattoo a living canvas.

Week 9: Practicing Your First Tattoo

Practical:
Apply everything you’ve learned by tattooing your first design on a live model or practice skin.
Focus: Real-world application of your skills and techniques in a professional setting.

Weeks 10-12: Mastery & Practical Exercises

Theory & Practice:Build mastery over your tattooing skills by continuing to practice and refine your techniques. Focus on preparing for professional work in a real-world environment.Focus:

Learn The business

Its Time to Fly

Cap off the course by learning how to tattoo sensitive areas like the hands, face, and neck, then present your final portfolio to the instructor, demonstrating your progress and readiness to enter the industry.

Week 12: Tattooing Guidelines & Final Project

Theory:
Learn specific tattooing guidelines for sensitive areas like hands, heads, and faces.
Final Project:
Present your portfolio and tattoo designs to the class and instructor for review.
Final Exam:
Discuss your portfolio, design choices, and tattoo technique to demonstrate your understanding and readiness for the tattoo industry.
